Safety Coordinator

Core Responsibilities Site Operations: Oversee daily on-site activities, monitor project progress against schedules, and manage resource or manpower deployment. Administration & Reporting: Prepare routine progress reports, manage document control, and process invoices or delivery orders. Vendor & Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, manage subcontractor activities, and ensure client expectations are met. Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health guidelines), conduct inspections, and manage quality *Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health is mandatory with minimum experience. Work Locations: The successful candidate will be assigned to one of the following locations. Priority will be given to a location nearest to the candidate, subject to availability and approval • Tuas • Jurong Port • Jurong Island • Mandai Avenue • Lorong Halus • Tanah Merah • Changi • Seletar North
