Student Management Officer (Bedok)

Scope of work: • Supervise detention sessions, reflection activities, and restorative practices for students referred for behavioural concerns. • Assist HOD Discipline and relevant staff in conducting fact-finding investigations related to student incidents, including gathering statements and corroborating information. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of incidents, interventions, and follow-up actions. • Manage student management records and databases, including data extraction, case tracking, trend analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making. • Monitor students with recurring behavioural concerns and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. • Support the implementation of restorative and developmental approaches to student behaviour management. • Respond promptly to student-related incidents requiring immediate attention and support.
