Attractions Host (Customer Service | Tourism | Hospitality) Salary: Up to S$2,400/month Location: Mount Faber / Sentosa About the Role Join Singapore's vibrant tourism industry as an Attractions Host and help create memorable experiences for local and international visitors. Whether you have experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to guests and visitors. Welcome, guide, and assist guests with enquiries. Ensure the safe and smooth operation of attraction facilities. Conduct routine operational and safety checks. Monitor guest flow and manage queues professionally. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of attraction areas. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally. Work closely with team members to support daily operations. Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Attractions, or Frontline Operations . Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Bilingual candidates are an advantage.
