Science Lab Assistant | Jurong

Job Description: Science Laboratory Support Prepare, set up, and clear laboratory equipment and materials for Science lessons and STEM activities. Assist teachers with practical investigations, demonstrations, and enrichment programmes. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organisation, inventory, and stock levels. Conduct routine checks on equipment and ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures. Administrative & Frontline Support: Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and vendors. Handle enquiries, visitor registration, filing, documentation, and data entry. Support scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of reports and school documents. School Operations Support: Provide logistical support for school events, meetings, exhibitions, learning journeys, and enrichment programmes. Collaborate with teachers, operations staff, and external stakeholders to support daily school operations. Perform other duties assigned by School Leaders, Operations Manager, or Heads of Department. Requirements: GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent. Prior experience in laboratory, school, or administrative support is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and organisational skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
