Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist local and international visitors. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest enquiries. Ensure the smooth daily operation of attractions. Monitor guest safety and follow operational procedures. Manage visitor flow and crowd control when required. Perform routine operational and safety checks. Maintain cleanliness of attraction areas. Support attraction activities and events. Work closely with team members to ensure service excellence. Undertake additional operational duties when required. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, attractions, retail, or events . Friendly and service-oriented personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
