Retail Exec – V2 Creations

Job Description As a Retail Executive at V2 Creations, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations and sales performance of the retail store. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional and approachable manner. Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable fashion products, designs and sizes. Drive retail sales through effective product recommendations, upselling and customer engagement. Provide customers with accurate information on products, pricing and ongoing promotions. Handle cashiering, payments and daily sales transactions. Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness, organisation and overall presentation. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively. Receive, organise, tag and replenish stocks. Assist with regular stock counts and basic inventory management. Ensure products are properly handled and kept in good condition. Support online and social media enquiries when required. Assist with packing and preparing customer or online orders. Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Support promotional campaigns, festive sales and peak retail periods, especially Deepavali and other seasonal campaigns. Perform other retail and operational duties as assigned by management. Requirements Customer-focused with a friendly and positive personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in fashion and retail. Sales-driven and confident in engaging customers. Responsible, punctual and able to work independently. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required. Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
