Finance Manager (West)

Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of finance operations, with the opportunity to grow into a regional role over time. Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Perform variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities, driving financial accountability Lead audit processes and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets Partner with stakeholders across functions to support business growth and enhance financial planning Support regional reporting and finance initiatives to align with ASEAN-wide objectives Manage and develop the finance team to build capabilities and drive performance Act as a key finance partner to business leaders, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making Collaborate with regional finance counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices Required competencies and certifications Experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably with IFRS knowledge Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Demonstrated team management experience Preferred competencies and qualifications 6–8+ years of relevant finance experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with commercial awareness Vaelynn Talent Pte Ltd · Licence No. 25C3079 Recruitment services provided in accordance with MOM regulations.
