BIM Engineer

Job Summary Lead the BIM modelling, coordination, and deliverable tasks of projects. Provide BIM leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and support continuous improvement across the BIM process. Responsibilities Implement BIM standards, workflows, and methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery Improve and maintain BIM Execution Plans to align with project requirements and improve efficiency Lead quality assurance reviews of digital deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements Drive digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement in design and BIM processes, standards, and deliverables Lead and manage BIM resources to meet project timelines and delivery goals Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to coordinate BIM models effectively Prepare and review detailed design models and drawings to support project accuracy and completeness Support efficient production of drawings while maintaining BIM protocols and standards Prepare and review authority submission drawings and documents to comply with regulatory requirements. Advise on BIM strategies and technologies to optimize project outcomes Contribute to the development and enhancement of company BIM and digital standards Required competencies and certifications Specialist Diploma or relevant certification in BIM (Structural) or Degree in Civil Engineering with BIM experience Minimum 4 years of BIM modelling or digital management experience Ability to independently coordinate the BIM process across projects Familiarity with authority submission requirements and digital standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to supervise C&S BIM modeler project teams Strong technical design and construction knowledge to review and implement BIM modelling, with effective leadership and communication skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Self-driven and motivated to enhance the team’s technical knowledge and delivery efficiency Eager to learn and demonstrate leadership with a collaborative mindset Passionate about advancing digitalization and automation initiatives Candidates with design, BIM, and digitalization experience and leadership qualities may be considered for BIM Manager or Digital Transformation Manager roles
