Job Summary Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of infrastructure and building projects. Provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with standards, digitalization and support continuous improvement across the design and delivery process. Responsibilities Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects to ensure safe and compliant outcomes Provide technical guidance to maintain high design standards and resolve complex engineering challenges Conduct quality assurance reviews of digital deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to integrate design and delivery for efficient project execution Prepare and review technical specifications and manage project deliverables to meet quality and timeline goals Conduct feasibility studies and engineering assessments to evaluate project viability and risks Produce detailed design calculations and technical reports to support project documentation and approvals Perform site inspections and design reviews to verify construction compliance and address issues promptly Manage project design workflows and assist in resolving technical issues to maintain project progress Mentor and support engineers and team members to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing Participate in project meetings and liaise with consultants and stakeholders to align project objectives Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualifications recognised by PEB Minimum 6 years of structural design experience Proficient in Singapore and regional design codes and regulatory compliance Strong skills in structural design applied to building and infrastructure projects Proficiency in digitalization approaches to automate engineering design and analysis processes Passionate about advancing digitalization and automation initiatives in engineering workflows Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills to coordinate project activities and stakeholders Proactive and responsible with eagerness to take on leadership roles within project teams Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in composite concrete-steel design, precast design, and geotechnical design
