Supply Chain Engineer

The engineer is responsible for optimizing business processes across the supply chain department and cross-functionally by developing, designing, and implementing management processes, continuously improving them through auditing. This role involves leading teams and communicating to drive improvement programs focused on supply chain design, inventory control, cost reduction, and lead-time reduction. Candidates must have a minimum degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management and at least three years of experience within a contract manufacturing environment. Required competencies include proficiency in project management methodologies, a strong understanding of production processes, and familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems.
