Logistics Specialist We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistics Specialist to manage daily delivery operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely order fulfilment. This role combines logistics administration, driver management, and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily orders and delivery schedules. Track, control, and supervise drivers' daily activities and performance. Perform administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and order tracking using Microsoft Excel. Allocate delivery jobs and monitor order completion. Ensure accurate documentation of delivery orders, invoices, and proof of delivery. Deliver goods to commercial, industrial, retail, and residential locations when required. Assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing, palletizing and delivery of goods. Conduct vehicle checks and ensure proper vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and drivers to ensure smooth operations. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management. Requirements Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with minimum of 5 years driving experience. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or delivery operations preferred. Ability to manage drivers and coordinate multiple daily orders. Familiarity with Singapore roads and expressways is an advantage. Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading activities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
