Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Process incoming invoices, prepare and dispatch invoices to clients, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments. Accounts Payable (AP) Preparation: Handle the preparation and management of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors. Accounts Receivable (AR): Handle the AR, send monthly SOA and follow up. Audit Cooperation: Collaborate seamlessly with external auditors during financial audits, ensuring all required financial records are available and transparent. Bank Reconciliation: Ensure bank reconciliation is up to date with accuracy. Ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements: A recognised diploma or degree in Accountancy or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, with a preference for those familiar with the MedTech or analogous sectors. Proficiency in renowned accounting software, Xero, ERP and the Microsoft Office Suite. A robust understanding of Singapore's accounting standards and regulatory landscape. An eye for detail complemented by exemplary analytical abilities. Stellar communication skills and an intrinsic ability to work collaboratively.
