Role Summary/Purpose: Key role responsible for the successful installation & commissioning of all Engineered System (ES) projects and reporting directly to SEA Projects Leader. Provides direct oversight to complete the site installation & commissioning activities at customer sites. Ensuring schedules are met, and the equipment is functional whilst meeting all Safety & Environmental standards. Essential Responsibilities: Drive excellence in schedule, cost, quality and EHS. Responsible for commissioning site costing. Ensure that site commissioning and reporting guideline are being followed and are accurate. Manage the compilation of commissioning SATs. Manage customer relationships for all commissioning activities. Manage the compilation of certification plant and its pre-requisites. Reviews of project daily reports, issues and progress. Support the timely commissioning, SCADA / ICS and required testing completion of all projects. Reduce overall project cost through process change and cost out opportunities. Drive 0 punch list prior to COD of sites. Manage workload and provide technical/functional leadership and expertise to direct reports or peers. Develop and mentor team members. Expertise in overall field operations Ensure process discipline on site and assign site teams based on project requirements to ensure contract requirements are met. During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality. Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success. Promote VWTS culture, and create a fair, ethical and high-performing and engaged team though coaching, mentoring, performance management, career development activities. Qualifications/Requirements: Possess a University Degree or certificate in Engineering, or at least 10 years’ proven work experience in water treatment field. Previous supervision / leadership experience in project execution activities Be able to demonstrate you have the ability to prioritize, organize work, meet deadlines, multitask, with limited direction. Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to learn other software applications (PLC testing) with addition to MS Office Ability to work in and with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment – have strong influencing skills and ability to communicate vision to clients. Experience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment. Ultra-Filtration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), EDR, EDI, MBR, MABR, pumps, motors, FDA, filtration, UPW and chemical feed systems. Ability to travel, as needed – approx. 80% of time.
