3. Manager/ Assistant Manager, Data Management & Modelling (For Banking Industry)

*Responsibilities:* · Lead data modelling and data managementactivities to support enterprise data transformation and customer datamanagement initiatives. · Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, andphysical data models aligned with business and technology requirements. · Collaborate with business stakeholders andtechnology teams to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, anddata requirements. · Translate business requirements into scalabledata structures, data models, mappings, and data design specifications. · Lead the design and enhancement of EnterpriseData Warehouse (DWH) and Data Platform solutions. · Define data standards, governance practices, anddata management frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality acrosssystems. · Perform data analysis, data profiling, lineageassessment, and impact analysis to support transformation initiatives. · Design and manage source-to-target mappings,data integration requirements, and data migration activities. · Drive data quality improvement initiatives andsupport the resolution of data-related issues. · Act as a bridge between business and technicalteams, ensuring alignment of data solutions with business objectives. · Support project planning, stakeholderengagement, and cross-functional coordination for data-related workstreams. · Prepare and maintain project artefacts,including business requirement documents, data dictionaries, data models,mapping specifications, process flows, and governance documentation. · Provide guidance and recommendations on dataarchitecture, modelling strategy, and best practices. · Ensure successful delivery of data solutionsthrough implementation, testing, and post-deployment support. *Requirements:* · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,Information Technology, or a related discipline, with experience supportingregional or global transformation initiatives. · Hands-on experience in Data Governance,including Data Quality Management, Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, DataStandards, and Data Lineage. · Strong business analysis capabilities, includingrequirements gathering, gap analysis, impact assessment, process analysis, andUAT support. · Advanced SQL expertise with the ability toanalyse, validate, and reconcile large and complex datasets. · Experience with data visualisation and reportingtools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. · Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, MasterData Management (MDM), Data Mapping, Data Profiling, and Data Discovery. · Proven ability to analyse complex datastructures, business processes, and end-to-end data flows across multiplesystems. · Experience designing conceptual, logical, andphysical data models and translating business requirements into scalable datasolutions. · Ability to independently produce and manageproject deliverables, including Data Models, Data Dictionaries, Data MappingSpecifications, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional SpecificationDocuments (FSD), Data Quality Assessment Reports, Data Governance Documents,Business Glossaries, Data Flow Diagrams, Impact Assessment Documents, UATScenarios and Test Cases, Executive Reports, and Management Dashboards. · Strong stakeholder management skills with theability to engage effectively across Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance,and Technology teams. · Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English, with the ability to present information effectively to bothbusiness and technical audiences. · Hands-on and delivery-focused, with the abilityto work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive workstreams withminimal supervision. · Strong ownership, accountability, attention todetail, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving,documentation, and presentation skills. · Familiarity with Python, Oracle, SQL Server,MySQL, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an addedadvantage.
