Job Summary Lead critical government system operations and projects by managing AWS/GCC infrastructure, coordinating audits and compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure uninterrupted service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and vendor management for critical government systems to ensure reliable service delivery Plan, execute, and monitor project budgets and service requests to meet organizational goals Coordinate audits, compliance checks, and security remediation activities to maintain system integrity Manage AWS and Government Cloud Computing (GCC) infrastructure hosting for internet-facing eServices Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of Change Requests Ensure business continuity by preventing unplanned downtime outside scheduled maintenance windows Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for successful project execution Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder communications to align objectives and expectations Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues proactively Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and governance processes to maintain project discipline Prepare comprehensive project status reports and executive dashboards for senior management Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables to meet defined standards Coordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment activities to ensure smooth rollouts Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the government or public sector Proven experience managing critical government systems operations In-depth knowledge of Government IM8 policies and compliance frameworks Experience managing AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure Background in managing internet-facing eServices Experience supporting government digital transformation initiatives Experience integrating authentication gateways such as Active Directory and Singpass/Corppass Experience integrating payment gateway solutions including GIRO, PayNow, and others PMP, CITPM, or equivalent project management certification Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with contract management and procurement processes Proven track record in budget management and resource planning Expertise in risk management and change management Strong vendor management and contract oversight capabilities Security-focused mindset with experience in remediation activities Ability to work independently with strong self-help and research skills Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
