Key Responsibilities As Subject Matter Expert responsible for all mechanical systems including design, operations, maintenance, testing and commissioning, improvements, training programs and projects when needed. Ensure a safe and optimal performance, reliability and efficiency of these systems throughout the facility’s lifecycle. These systems shall include but not limited to the following e.g. Chilled water system, exhaust and abatement systems, Cleanroom systems, AMC etc. Perform any other additional technical functions assigned by management. Education Qualification & Essential Experiences Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experienc in Facility Mechanical systems Wafer fab facility mechanical systems design, operation and maintenance experience. Key Skills and Attributes Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome. Strong leadership and people management experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams towards achieving business goals and project milestones. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Goals driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Has a proactive attitude and growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, collaborative and ongoing learning to support business needs. Good skills of computer software e.x.
