About this role

Job Summary: Responsible for driving the sales and market growth of Volvo CE by developing new customers, strengthening existing accounts and providing suitable equipment solutions based on customer needs Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales targets, market share, customer satisfaction by driving and supporting customer in the sales of VCE products and solutions to optimize long-term profitability Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities: Primary commercial interface between Volvo CE and direct customers Maintain regular customer visits and ensure strong market coverage Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities Promote VCE products across different industries Understand customer requirements, challenges and recommend suitable machines and solutions to customers Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents and sales agreements Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within Company’s approval framework Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback Coordinate with service, parts, finance and technical teams to support customers Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecast and reports Promote service and aftermarket solutions Follow-up on customer payments and receivable when required Required knowledge & experience: Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position: Degree or Diploma in engineering, business or related fields from a recognized institution Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including 1 year in construction equipment, heavy machinery or related industry. Technical knowledge on CE will be an added advantage Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship management skills Good commercial awareness and understanding of customer application Customer focus, target driven. Business savvy Able to work independently, team player, can take pressure in a competitive environment Excellent communication in English, able to converse in Chinese dialects Demonstrate leadership capabilities
