Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Review and interpret contract documents, engineering documents such as contract agreement, specifications, drawings and scope of work. Taking off quantities, prepare BOQ, calling of quotations, preparation. Submission of payment claim and its supporting documents. To liaise with the construction team on accurate quantity of work done for monthly claim. Prepare payments, calculates quantities, for contractors and subcontractors/vendors payment response. Detail pricing breakdown, valuation of variation and loss and expense build up. Prepare settlement for final account. Liaise with Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Attend site meetings and regularly site visiting. Extension of time notice, application and management. Any other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager/Project -in-Charge. Requirement : Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil and Material Engineering and related academics are acceptable. 4 years working experience. Responsible, positive work attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, good writing skill will be an added advantage. Singaporean only
