We are looking for an HR Executive to run day-to-day people operations across a growing team. This is a hands-on execution role covering hiring, payroll, HR admin, and compliance — you'll be the go-to person keeping the HR engine running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Hiring & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, offer letters Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, system access) Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers Payroll Process monthly payroll accurately and on time via Payboy Manage CPF contributions and leave records Process employee claims via Xero Liaise with Finance on payroll-related reconciliation HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR systems Draft and update employment contracts, letters, and internal documentation Handle day-to-day employee queries (leave, benefits, policies) Compliance & Policy (execution level) Ensure MOM regulations and work pass matters are followed correctly Execute existing HR policies consistently Flag compliance issues or policy gaps to management for decision — not expected to independently resolve grey areas Requirements 1-3 years HR experience, ideally in SME or construction/trade-related industry Working knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF, and payroll processing Proficient with Payboy (payroll) and Xero (claims processing); Excel proficiency required Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple hires/admin tasks simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on SME environment (not a large-corp HR structure) Nice to Have Experience in construction, fabrication, or trades-based industries Familiarity with work pass applications (S Pass, Work Permit) given hands-on trade hiring Start Date Immediate — targeting fill within 2-4 weeks due to handover timeline.
