Job Description & Requirements Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company. Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies, meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process. Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Scheduling and attending discovery calls, conducting product demos, following up with existing clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships.
