Role Overview As a Sales Engineer, you will be the critical link between our technical capabilities and our clients' business needs. This is a dynamic, hybrid role perfect for someone with a technical foundation who thrives in client-facing environments. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to understand what’s possible, consult with corporate clients to understand their needs, and present tailored digital signage and software solutions. Key Responsibilities Solution Consulting & Pitching: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of our CMS software and digital signage hardware to prospective corporate clients. Requirements Gathering & Scoping: Meet with clients to understand their site infrastructure, technical limitations, and business goals to draft accurate project requirements. Proposal & Specification Drafting: Work alongside our project engineers to compile technical proposals, hardware bills of materials (BOM), and commercial quotations. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with incoming leads, system integrators, and existing corporate accounts to drive recurring subscription renewals. Tender & Grant Assistance: Assist management in preparing technical documentation for corporate tenders and helping clients understand eligibility for localized digitalization grants. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Security, Information Technology, Business & IT, or a related technical discipline.
