Retail Assistant – Wan Siang TCM Location: Canberra Plaza Job Type: Part Time (min 2 days per week) Timing: 12:30pm- 9:30pm $10/HR Requirements: Computer literate Committed and service-oriented personality Excellent telephone etiquette Self Motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity Customer service experience in retail outlet Must be able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays ( Preferably able to identify herbs Job Description: Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities. Assist in all other retail operation duties Handle patient’s management system Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager * Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage Job Type: Part Time Salary: $10/hr
