Our client is one of the world’slargest manufacturers of hyperpure silicon wafers and partner to many leading semiconductor companies. 📍 Location: Singapore (East) 📄 Employment Type: Permanent About the Role: Join a leading multinational manufacturing company to lead the IT Infrastructure team. You will oversee infrastructure operations, service delivery, system enhancements, and IT projects while working closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team, providing technical guidance and people development. Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, backup, and system support. Plan and manage infrastructure deployment, upgrades, lifecycle management, and continuous improvements. Lead IT infrastructure projects and coordinate with business users, vendors, and regional/global IT teams. Manage IT infrastructure budgets, resources, and service performance. Ensure infrastructure availability, security, and compliance with company standards. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of IT Infrastructure experience with team leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (SUSE), LAN/WAN, networking, storage, and backup technologies. Experience in infrastructure projects, vendor management, and IT service delivery. Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in a 24/7 production environment , is an advantage. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
