Job Summary You will oversee and lead daily facilities maintenance operations, ensuring efficient preventive and corrective maintenance while delivering excellent client service and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Manage daily facilities maintenance operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all systems Lead and supervise maintenance teams to achieve high performance and timely task completion Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend asset life Coordinate effectively with clients and subcontractors to meet service expectations and resolve issues promptly Prepare accurate quotations, detailed reports, and maintenance schedules to support operational planning and client communication Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and service standards to drive continuous improvement and cost control Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (minimum qualification) Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance operations essential for effective role performance Proficiency in Microsoft Office to prepare reports, schedules, and documentation accurately Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong leadership skills demonstrated by successfully managing teams in maintenance environments Customer service skills applied to maintain positive client relationships and service quality Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and stakeholder needs
