Debt Capital Market (Origination) - Foreign Bank

Responsibilities Origination and execution of DCM transactions keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions preparing market updates, clients pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment working together with DCM syndicate, FI system and other internal/external stakeholders other tasks assigned by the department head​ Qualification Degree in business, banking or finance 2-3 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution knowledge of lending and credit analysis highly motivated team player and a quick learner excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills preferably has passed CMFAS Module 1B and Module 4A/4B Exam interest in capital markets products/services preferred knowledge in bloomberg Interested candidates please email resume in MS Word format to recruit@waterstone.com.sg Please state your last drawn and expected package, relevant skill sets and the position you are applying for.
