This internship is designed for individuals who want real exposure, real responsibility, and accelerated learning, not just observation. Job Description This is not a typical internship. You will be deployed on-site and work closely with operations and management to understand how large-scale cleaning and facilities services are delivered. You will gain hands-on experience in: Site operations and service execution Workforce coordination and workflow optimization Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements Supporting implementation of structured systems and processes Exposure to real client environments (commercial / institutional settings) Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day site operations and supervision Observe and analyse operational workflows Support process improvement initiatives Coordinate with supervisors and ground staff Document insights and contribute to internal systems development Who We Are Looking For Final-year students or recent graduates Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn Able to work on-site (not a desk-bound role) Observant, analytical, and proactive Comfortable working in real operational environments Internship Duration (Important) We strongly prefer candidates who are available for 6 months or longer to ensure meaningful exposure and contribution.
