Clinic Manager

JOB DETAILS • Full-time • 28–40 hours per week • Shift-based schedule (must be comfortable with rotating shifts) • Salary: From $4,000/month (negotiable based on experience) • 1.5x overtime pay in accordance with MOM regulations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflows • Maintain day to day operations of clinic - including attending to inquiries, answering phone calls, registration, dispensing and collection of payment, assisting in clinical procedures. • Lead and supervise clinic assistants and support staff • Manage patient service standards and service recovery • Handle rostering, manpower planning and shift scheduling • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinic SOPs • Inventory management, vendor liaison, and procurement • Oversee billing, claims submission and reconciliation • Support implementation of digital health systems and telemedicine services • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency • Assist in business development initiatives as clinic expands REQUIREMENTS • Willing to work shifts • Comfortable learning new systems and workflows • Passionate about patient care • Able to work in a team • Strong digital literacy (clinic systems, basic IT troubleshooting) • Good command of spoken and written English • Ability to speak Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is a bonus • Independent, responsible and solutions-oriented BENEFITS • CPF contributions • 13th month bonus • Up to 14 days annual leave (negotiable) • 1.5x overtime pay as per MOM • Taxi claims reimbursable for work ending after 10pm • 40% staff discount on medications • Free consultations • Free annual health screening • Flexible working hours (where operationally feasible) • Partial work-from-home arrangements available • On-the-job medical training • Personal growth opportunities as the clinic expands including business courses, workshops on medical operations, etc.
