Clinic Assistant

JOB DETAILS • Full-time • 28–40 hours per week • Shift-based schedule (must be comfortable with rotating shifts) • Salary: $2,800 – $3,500/month (negotiable based on experience) • 1.5x overtime pay in accordance with MOM regulations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Register patients and manage front desk operations • Assist doctors during consultations and procedures • Dispense medications and explain basic usage instructions • Handle billing and payment collection • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas • Manage inventory and stock replenishment • Perform basic administrative and data entry duties • Support telemedicine operations where required REQUIREMENTS • Willing to work shifts • Willing to learn on the job • Passionate about patient care • Able to work in a team • Good digital skills (comfortable with computer systems) • Good command of spoken and written English • Ability to speak Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is a bonus • Responsible, patient-focused and able to work in a team KEY BENEFITS • CPF contributions • 13th month bonus • Up to 14 days annual leave (negotiable) • 1.5x overtime pay as per MOM • Taxi claims reimbursable for work ending after 10pm • 40% staff discount on medications • Free consultations • Free annual health screening • Flexible working hours (where operationally feasible) • On-the-job medical training • Career progression opportunities as clinic grows Location Eunos/Katong
