Project Manager (Facilities) - 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end showroom renovation projects for multiple luxury automotive brands Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business brand requirements Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external parties Coordinate and liaise with external consultants (e.g., designers, architects), contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Ensure all projects are delivered within stipulated timelines and approved budgets Any other tasks assigned by your Manager Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required Diploma/ Degree qualification with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of construction, renovation processes, and quality standards Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
