Compliance Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst to support the company’s compliance and regulatory functions. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures. Assist in conducting compliance reviews across onboarding, name screening, and other compliance activities. Perform compliance checks and support investigations relating to suspicious activities, escalations, and regulatory reporting. Assist in RFI (Request for Information) correspondence with stakeholders. Monitor and keep abreast of regulatory developments and compliance requirements applicable to the business. Assist in preparing compliance reports, presentations, and documentation for management review. Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments, as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, audit, risk, or other regulatory-related functions. Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance requirements will be advantageous. Basic understanding of AML/CFT controls such as onboarding requirements, transaction monitoring, trade surveillance, or name screening processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Compliance-related certifications will be advantageous.
