Assistant Warehouse Manager (East / 3Pl) [El]

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Plan and optimize warehouse space for inbound shipments and inventory storage. Manage inventory accuracy through daily and weekly cycle counts. Ensure all picking and packing activities are completed within scheduled shipping timelines. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements based on performance and customer feedback. Develop, review, and implement warehouse SOPs to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the logistics or FMCG industry. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics planning. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
