HR Executive [5 Days] [El]

Handle HR generalist functions not limit to recruitment, work pass application, on/off boarding. Work with the Finance and Management teams to track grant payments and claims. Help with other HR tasks like recruitment paperwork, staff onboarding, or audits when needed. Make sure HR records are always updated and follow MOM and audit guidelines. Support HR projects or process improvements related to grants and staff matters. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Careful, accurate, and good with details. Good communication and people skills.
