Assistant Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas Equipment/ Valves/ Actuators) - Wcdt

Responsibilities: Responsible for developing new customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing, negotiating, and closing commercial deals. Review project specifications and prepare accurate sales quotations. Provide management with timely updates and reports on market trends, competitors, and business activities. Stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and new product developments. Develop effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and technical departments to ensure smooth project execution. Deliver pre-sales and after-sales support, including technical assistance to customers. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in valves and actuators within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries . Strong technical knowledge of industrial valves (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, etc.) and electric/pneumatic actuators . Regional sales experience will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence effectively at all organizational levels. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong follow-up and time management skills. Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
