About this role

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable products or services. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities within existing accounts. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels. Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and account reports. Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms with customers. Track sales activities and achieve revenue and profitability targets. Conduct regular business reviews and maintain long-term client relationships. Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, orders, and project updates. Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines. Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
