Preschool Principal (New Centre/ East) - Wcdt

Responsibilities: Leads the development of strategic plans and organisational structures that promote a culture of care, trust, mentoring, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Centre Oversees and enhances Centre operations in full compliance with industry regulations and standards Drives operational and programme excellence by strengthening key processes in governance, partnerships, continuous improvement, curriculum, and pedagogy Establishes sustainable collaborative frameworks with stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and influence Models the Centre’s mission, vision, and values while ensuring the overall well-being of all staff Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent Holder of DPL / DECCE-L (Leadership) certification Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills Well-versed in ECDA guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements Familiarity with SPARKS accreditation is highly advantageous At least 3 years of teaching experience in a childcare centre, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role Wecruit Pte Ltd | 20C0270 Tew Jie Wei| R22106822
