Business Development Manager (Learning & Development / Financial Sector)

New Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers through networking, referrals, and other channels. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into new clients, while working closely with the marketing team to improve conversion effectiveness. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on their needs and usage. Implement engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and ensure timely resolution of enquiries and concerns. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, learning and development, and programme management to align customer engagement strategies with business goals. Share customer insights to support continuous improvement and innovation. Feedback Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and improvement areas.
