Air Freight Operations Executive (East / 5.5 Days Shift Work) [El]

Manage airline bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements Work with customers and contractors to organize shipments Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Handle customer enquiries efficiently and provide timely updates Work closely with internal operations teams to meet customer requirements Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures Maintain accurate shipment data and system updates Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs for shipment coordination Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly Support month-end operational targets and job completion Coordinate with billing team for job closure and invoicing Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues Support service improvement initiatives within the team Perform other duties assigned by management *Working Hours: 5.5 days shift work We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
