Working Schedule 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday) Rotating Shift Schedule:Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Shift Allowance Provided)Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Shift Allowance Provided) Overtime opportunities available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard procedures. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or product quality issues. Support onboarding and training of new operators when required. Standards & Quality Compliance Perform production tasks in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, and production targets. Record operational and production data accurately to ensure traceability where required. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Production Material Preparation Verify that raw materials are delivered according to production requirements. Load raw materials and semi-finished products into the production process. Conduct final checks on completed products, including:Total production lengthQuantity of good-quality productsQuantity of defective products Prepare finished goods for transfer to the next process or warehouse.
