Accounts & Operations Executive (West / 5 Days) [El]

Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping. Prepare basic financial reports to support management decision-making. Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents to ensure accurate financial records. Oversee warehouse and logistics operations and liaise with customers as required. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment planning. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting.
