Assist with student enquiries, course promotion, and enrolment. Conduct prospecting and support centre marketing activities. Handle cashiering, payment collection, and fee follow-ups. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries. Maintain student records, reports, and administrative documentation. Support daily centre operations, inventory, and facility upkeep. Assist with school events and promotional campaigns. Perform general administrative duties and support the operations team.
