Job Description: Provide top-notch pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multi-disciplinary environment. Participate in clinical, administrative, and educational activities. Develop and evaluate the services offered by the Pharmacy department to ensure they remain timely and cost-effective for the community. Requirements: Degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy. Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Strong communication and listening abilities. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills. High level of clinical competency.
