BIM Coordinator (Construction) [Sl]

Work closely with the project team to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for Architectural, Structural, and MEP works. Maintain and update a complete and accurate set of project drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards, protocols, and execution plans. Manage the development, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models. Perform clash detection and collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction conflicts. Facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders using BIM tools. Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BIM models and associated data. Conduct regular BIM model audits and implement corrective actions as required. Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to Project Managers and key stakeholders. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
