Customer Operations Manager (West / 5 Days / Engineering) [El]

Manage daily onsite operations to achieve and exceed budgeted trading targets. Ensure customer compliance with agreed contractual payment terms. Implement and manage consignment inventory in accordance with contractual requirements. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with company' and customers' health and safety policies. Ensure adherence to company management systems, policies, and operational procedures. Deliver contractual commitments, including cost savings initiatives, inventory optimization, and logistics improvements. Prepare and present KPI reports, operational updates, and performance feedback to both internal and customer management teams. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while optimizing procurement costs and service levels. Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members to achieve operational excellence. Prepare monthly engineering and operational reports. Support internal and customer site audits. Collaborate with customer engineering teams on maintenance planning and scheduling.
