Responsibilities for Physiotherapists: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments using appropriate clinical outcome measures. Develop individualized care plans and establish patient-centred treatment goals. Deliver therapy interventions in patients' home settings. Provide caregiver education, training, and recommend appropriate assistive equipment. Coordinate discharge planning and refer patients to relevant community or healthcare services when required. Participate in monthly home therapy team meetings. Conduct therapy in-service training and attend departmental training and professional development programmes. Perform administrative duties and any other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications for Physiotherapists: Recognized Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy accredited by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to independently conduct patient assessments and deliver physiotherapy interventions in a home care setting.
