Accounts Receivable Executive (5 Days / Logistics / Redhill) [El]

Generate and issue customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile customer statements and investigate payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records. Process and allocate incoming payments to customer accounts. Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related queries. Support month-end closing activities and prepare AR schedules and reconciliations. Assist with audit requests and maintain proper documentation for finance records.
