About this role
Support the crewing department in all areas of employment administration for seagoing personnel, including reviewing monthly crew payroll. Maintain and regularly update the manning list for assigned vessels, while closely monitoring and following up on crew rotation plans. Coordinate and liaise with manning agencies, Masters, port agents, and travel agencies to ensure smooth crew transitions for vessels operating in international waters. Arrange and coordinate crew flight bookings with travel agencies. Apply for flag state endorsements for officers prior to joining their assigned vessels. Conduct briefings and debriefings for officers as required. Monitor, review, and verify all port disbursements incurred by local port agents and manning agencies related to crew changes. Check, verify, and reconcile monthly accounts prepared by Masters. Arrange and coordinate timely Cash to Master (CTM) when required. Assist in verifying crew benefits, including leave pay, bonuses, and allowances. Maintain, monitor, and update crew personnel and training records, ensuring all crew members meet matrix requirements with valid training certificates, medical reports, visas, and sea service records.
