Sales Support (Cargowise) [Sl]

Provide dedicated support for CargoWise (CW) sales-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes. Serve as the subject matter expert for sales teams on CW sales module inquiries and proper data setup. Perform data validation and basic analysis on sales entries to identify discrepancies and prevent billing issues. Support operations by troubleshooting sell rating errors. Ensure smooth and accurate implementation of client rates, customer quotations, and one-off quotes in coordination with Customer Service, Operations, and Billing teams to enable successful autorating. Participate in CargoWise implementation and post-implementation activities, including testing and alignment of sales entry workflows. Assist in preparing sales and shipment reports by extracting, validating, and consolidating data from CargoWise (CW) and AS400 systems. Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Accounts processes across Ocean, Air, and Logistics operations. Collaborate closely with Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure sales entries are correctly structured for downstream billing and financial reporting.
