Regional Logistics Operations Analyst (East / Logistics) [El]

Coordinate regional International Freight Forwarding (IFF) projects including implementation, new product launches, and development campaigns Ensure timely execution of monthly production processing across assigned locations Perform pre- and post-month-end validation checks to improve data accuracy and reporting quality Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems and reporting platforms Conduct root cause analysis and implement process enhancements for import/export operations to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Support business analysis activities to drive growth for IFF operations in SSEA region Provide analytical and operational support to management, regional teams, and HQ on data, systems, and processes Drive process simplification to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risks Collaborate with Business Controller and Regional Director on strategic initiatives and project execution Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop relevant solutions Partner with IT teams to prioritise system issues and ensure minimal impact on business data and operations We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
