Assistant Warehouse Manager (5 Days / East) [El]

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment. Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. Plan and optimize warehouse space to support inbound shipments and maximize storage capacity. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts. Ensure all receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Track warehouse KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Maintain high service standards to meet customer requirements and satisfaction. Develop, review, and enforce warehouse procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs). Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Carry out any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management, preferably within the logistics or FMCG industry. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and order fulfilment. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Good leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
