Supervise, support, and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meets brand standards (for supervisory role). Work closely with associates to enhance selling techniques and improve conversion rates to achieve sales targets and KPIs (for supervisory role). Handle and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to management when required (for supervisory role).
